Six ‘New Principles’ are proposed.
Three are optimistic and inclusive and three are more pragmatic in nature.
As a set, they represent a potential checklist against which to evaluate new propositions for built environments, products or services on a ‘pass or fail’ basis.
While any given project might have a greater weighting towards some principles in particular, only those which can be shown to embody all six values should be selected when conducting an options appraisal.
